Risk and reward
In 2019, the average interest rates for private loans were 18.5% and 14.7% for business loans. Not all loans you invest in through the FinBee platform are covered by deposit insurance or secured by mortgage, nor is it guaranteed that the customer to whom you have lent money will fulfil his financial obligations properly. Investors themselves choose the degree of investment risk, the loans to be invested in and other criteria, therefore FinBee does not take any responsibility for the losses incurred to investors.
All funds in the FinBee deposit account are investors’ personal property. In the case of a company’s bankruptcy, it would be returned to investors. The deposit account owned by FinBee is completely separate from the other company’s accounts. People who borrowed money also transfer loan payments to this account, so in the case of bankruptcy, all payments transferred by the borrowers would be transferred to investors based on the payment schedule.
Website
The website has a convenient, quite modern design, and here you can find all the information quickly. The page is not overloaded with text, there is a balance between visual and textual content. The great thing is that the website has a concept which matches name and visual identity of the brand, making it easier to memorize all the information. The registration form is convenient, clear, and it is easy to choose loans and invest later. The mobile version is easy to use as well. The only downside is the lack of more detailed answers in the F.A.Q.
Customer service
The team is quite friendly, professional, and they resolve issues quickly enough. Registration approvals can take some time, but this is for the safety of the borrowers and investors themselves. Email response time can take up to a day, you may not be able to get an answer on the phone right away, but it can happen rather quickly.
Reviews
Customers appreciate high interest rates, user-friendly website, and registration process. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to be on time or receive the promised call; communication is also slower with business customers. There are also repayment delays, deferrals, and FinBee team is responsible for their recovery. However, not all 100% of debts are fully recovered, so it is important to evaluate the data and reputation of each person, who takes a loan.
