The platform itself is also user-friendly and easy to navigate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, I noticed that, unlike bigger platforms, Reinvest24 does not have an <strong>auto-invest feature<\/strong> available. Increase in Property Growth Value<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Another scenario would be what some would consider as \u201cclassic\u201d or traditional real estate investing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event that the property is sold (after a predefined period of time), investors also get <strong>profits<\/strong> from the <strong>property\u2019s capital growth<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, keep in mind you can only benefit from this when you sell shares on the<strong><em> secondary market<\/em><\/strong>. The presence of SPV is an advantage for Reinvest24 investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The SPV becomes a form of a subsidiary company that rightfully owns the property titles. Each investor becomes a <strong>DIRECT <\/strong>shareholder of the <strong>subsidiary company<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It means you gain DIRECT property shares on the property and not with Reinvest24.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This also means that if Reinvest24 shuts down, you will still have property rights as your investment is WITH the subsidiary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mortgages<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to SVP, investors money is secured through MORTGAGES managed by a <strong>collateral agent<\/strong>.
